This the rental of the ice and hall only. If you require the use of the kitchen that will be an extra cost. If you require the use of the bar - there may be an extra fee to cover the cost of the bartenders. Detailed information will be required when booking. Someone will contact you to work out exact cost after details have been finalized. There is a Rental Agreement form that will be sent to you and it is required to be completed by the renter. The renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions and /or loss of reputation or business opportunity that the club may incur as a consequence of the actions of the renter or any of the renters guest while the renter is in control of the venue. It is recommended by the Club that the renter purchase their own insurance prior to the commencement of the event.
